1.  Do you or your firm carry malpractice insurance?  Have you had any claims made against you or your firm?

Our firm carries malpractice insurance.  None of the individual attorneys or the firm has had any claims for malpractice made against them.

2.  Do you meet with Boards annually for a legal review of the Association?

Yes.  We provide one free meeting a year with each Board to review general practice and procedures.  We provide a written legal update free of charge every year.

3.  Can you provide us with references from existing Association clients, and prior or former clients and attorneys who were adverse to you?

Yes.  We can provide you with references under separate cover.  We would encourage you to discuss our practice style and habits with the other leading community association attorneys in Southwest Florida and/or almost any community association manager, as we have worked with most all of them at one time or another.
