Faxes, e-mails, and phone calls are all utilized.  We prefer telephone calls and faxes over e-mail for substantive matters.

2.  Do you give clients your cell phone number?

Yes.

3.  How do you communicate bad news to clients?

We communicate bad news to clients as soon as possible and in a straightforward and plain speaking manner.  We also try to have all remaining options ready to discuss at the same time.
